My client had a home built in 2005. It had poor quality laminate flooring that was warped and dated with another layer underneath. It had different colors in each room. The fixtures were very dated; it needed a transformation. Wait for it....... now scroll below.
These are some of my favorite projects and are the reason I love what I do. We did all new paint floor to ceiling. I installed new light fixtures, replaced all the dated can lights with LED disk lights, new smoke detectors, new ceiling fan, this flooring is a beautiful wide plank LVP that makes the entire house pop. Some of the little things other contractors may miss I take pride in like making sure we change the outlet colors from the old beige to bright white and elimination of old cable outlets. Not only do these things make the house look beautiful, but it makes it feel much newer.
